Celebrating Achievement 2007

The 2007 Vital Regeneration Annual Awards Ceremony held in Greenside Community Centre saw 3 HELP clients receive certificates for personal achievement.

Elliott received a certificate for his dedication to training having studied a one day HELP Communication and Interview Skills workshop and passing a Door Supervision Level Two NOCN Course (National Open College Network) with HR Security, working towards his goal of becoming a Security Officer.  He has recently applied for his SIA (Security Industry Authority) badge, once received Elliot will be able to look for work in the security industry.

Randa was presented a certificate for her commitment as a volunteer for the Disabled Living Foundation and also at St Pancras Hospital.  Randa is applying for paid work and hopes to get a job soon in the NHS.

Judith obtained an award for her dedication in volunteering for the Queen's Park Neighbourhood Forum (Paddington Development Trust).  Judith is gaining valuable work experience in the community sector and plans to apply for part-time work on completion.
