Marketing & Communications Manager
£30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience; full time

At Vital Regeneration we want to ‘shout out’ about our approach, impact and successes.  We want beneficiaries, partners, funders, policy-makers and government to hear our stories and understand our impact.
We are seeking a highly motivated and enterprising individual who will relish the opportunity to shape our marketing and communications strategies.  You will be a creative, responsive individual, able to take initiative, seize opportunities and above all communicate with clarity, passion and conviction.
As part of a small business development team, you will provide a range of integrated, innovative marketing initiatives.  You will have a successful track record in establishing and delivering a marketing strategy.  You will possess exceptional interpersonal skills.  With excellent copywriting skills, you are not afraid to get involved in the detail, bringing ideas and energy to this critical role.  Results focused, you will rise to the multiple challenges of communicating to our diverse stakeholder base.  Previous successful experience of website development and social technologies, to develop brands and audiences, will be a distinct advantage.

Trustees  (Voluntary)
Vital Regeneration is seeking two motivated individuals to join its Board of Trustees. We are particularly keen to find enthusiastic individuals who can help safeguard the future well-being and effectiveness of the charity as we drive forward our ambitious plans. As an ambassador for the organisation you will champion integrity and performance. We are seeking candidates who demonstrate strategic thinking, leadership, independent judgement and creative thinking.
Experience in one of the following areas would be an advantage:
• Corporate finance
• (Social) enterprise
• Fundraising and/or philanthropy
• Organisation development & growth
• Charity law and/or regulation
• Marketing & communications
• Property & investment
• Relationship-building with senior policy makers
As a trustee you will champion good governance for the benefit of our clients and communities.  Externally you will help us build our networks, influence and our ability to access new sources of income.  
In return you will be welcomed, engaged and active in making a positive difference to the quality of life of London's most disadvantaged communities.  Most importantly, you will be able to see the fruits of good governance in the quality of the work we deliver and the impact we make for local individuals, families and communities.

Business Development Intern
Are you creative and commercially orientated and looking to gain some experience in not-for-profit business development?  Vital Regeneration is looking to recruit an intern to provide support to the Business Development Associate, responsible for income generation and fund management.  The role will be responsible for researching and delivering applications to a wide range of grant-making trusts and lottery agencies.

Marketing Intern
Are you bright, dynamic and keen to get into Marketing? Vital Regeneration is looking for a Marketing Intern to work with the Senior Management and Business Development team to help research, develop and implement marketing campaigns. The position will involve coordinating print; posters, leaflets and programmes, writing press releases and improving media relations and will play a key role within the team.

 Re-Evolve Project Manager

£28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience; full time and fixed term until March 2011

We are seeking a highly-motivated Project Manager to lead an exciting youth-led careers service, called ‘Re-Evolve’, for young people in Westminster.  Funded by v charity, the project will involve 240 young volunteers in developing a peer-peer approach to careers advice, resources and events.
You will have a successful track record in delivering and monitoring large projects and will ideally have previous experience of working with young people. You will manage a team of volunteers, mentors and tutors and will harness creative and corporate networks to ensure Re-Evolve’s impact and sustainability.
You will be delivery-focussed with excellent project management skills and an eye for detail. We are seeking someone with exceptional interpersonal and coaching skills; someone who can demonstrate they can empower young volunteers to design and lead this innovative project.
We are looking for a highly-organised individual who has previous successful experience of establishing streamlined monitoring systems. As the Re-evolve Project Manager, you will have extremely strong budgeting, information management and communication skills.
The role will involve developing and implementing effective strategies for recruiting and retaining a wide range of volunteers. It will also require you to use your strong relationship management skills to make connections and to leverage enterprising opportunities that benefit the project.
