Our learning programmes provide for both adults and young people.

Each month we engage 350+ individuals onto accredited and non-accredited ICT and New Media training programmes at our 2 estate-based learning centres Firststep.com and Queens Park New Media Centre.  These centres serve as social hubs in 2 of the most deprived neighbourhoods in the country – providing skills, training, support and advice to a cross section of the community – targeting vulnerable and ‘hard to reach’ groups including older people, long-term unemployed, black and minority ethnic residents, residents in temporary accommodation, young people and families experiencing overcrowding, NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) young people and lone parents.

We harness technology, artists, mentors and businesses in innovative learning and enterprise programmes.
