Our employability advice and guidance services provide responsive and impartial advice to clients to enable them to progress their learning and employment aspirations.

The services are delivered across a range of community settings, including youth clubs, health centres, community centres and residents' halls.  We believe in a holistic approach to employability – providing clients with preparation for work support and training, and providing after-care support to help sustain employment.  We also provide a beneficiary fund to enable clients to receive financial support to address employment barriers such as travel, childcare, course fees, and work clothing.
