About us
Vital Regeneration focuses on breaking the cycle of deprivation through supporting communities that are most in need.
Our after-school provision supports children and their parents. Our creative learning programmes help disadvantaged young people stay in education or find employment. Our range of intensive employment programmes help the jobless into work, whether they are school leavers, the long-term unemployed or those in temporary accommodation. Our community programmes help provide flourishing, healthy environments so that all residents of Westminster can fulfil their potential. Our vision is for everyone to have equal opportunities in life, wherever they live.
We do this through listening to individuals and communities, championing their needs, designing programmes that respond to the challenges they face and building the strong partnerships necessary to deliver change. Every year we reach and support over 3,000 local people.
Governance and our Trustees
We place a strong emphasis on good governance. Vital Regeneration is governed by a Board of nine Trustees, all leaders in their field, who are also the Directors of the company.
